Scout and Guide

Welcome to Uclan's Scout and Guide Society

Whether you're part of Scouting or Guiding or not, you're welcome here. We are a friendly group of like-minded people who either have been or are involved with Scouting and Guiding and wish to continue on whilst at Uni. If you're looking for a group that runs various activities, then we are for you. Many of our members volunteer as leaders either here in Preston, or back home. Therefore, we can help you look for a Scout group to volunteer with here in Preston if that is something you are interested in. This volunteering can go towards awards such as Duke of Edinburgh or long service awards.

Socials 

Socials, socials and more socials... With a range of activities which both include drinking and non-drinking we aim to please all members. From socials filled with baking, pub crawls, climbing, hiking and bowling/mini golf there's always some fun to be had. Our meetings revolve around everyone's schedule as we know Uni life can be busy but do not worry we always try and meet at least once every evening over 2 weeks
