Each year, we hold elections for students to vote on who they’d like to see lead the Students’ Union. The Elections happen each Spring and positions are available for Full-Time Elected Officers, School Presidents, Course Reps, Students’ Council and Sports Club & Society Committees.
Follow us on social media @uclansu to be the first to know when nominations open for next year’s roles.
Even if you’re not interested in nominating yourself for a position, it’s important that you vote!
As a UCLan student, you’re automatically a member of the Students’ Union and that gives you the right to vote in any of our elections. Voting doesn’t take place until after nominations close, but don’t worry – we’ll remind you at the time! Voting takes place online, and is really simple to do.
In last year's Spring Elections we received a record-breaking number of votes, with 4,196 students having their say. This year, we’re hoping for even more!
