Hello and welcome to the UCLan Equestrian team! We are a friendly and outgoing club consisting of male and female riders of ALL abilities.
For the 2023/24 season,we aim to have two teams, one competing in BUCS Competitions and one competing in a developmental squad against riders from across the North of England.
Lessons will be every Wednesday for the team and will be £30 pp for an hour. We put up bookings 1-2 months in advance on a first come first serve basis. Cancellation has to be done at least 24 hours before the lesson but you must find a replacement to fill-in in your absence, otherwise you will still have to pay for your place! *** TRAILS: will take place 27th September and possibly 4th October.. you MUST be able to complete a basic prelim dressage test and jump a course of at least 60cm jumps! if you are unsure on anything please contact us before booking your place! We are in the process of securing a yard and training times for non competitors please bare with us! Info will be updated on here and posted onto the instagram as soon as possible!

Every year our clubs and societies elect a new team of students to take their group into the new academic year. Being on a committee is a great way to become more involved with the community at UCLan, meet new friends and develop new and existing skills for your CV. Anyone can be on a committee, as long as you are a member of your club or society. Students that are elected onto a committee through this election will start their role on 1st August 2024 until 31st July 2025. Could you be the next leader of your club or society?
