Rheumatology

About us

Welcome to the Rheumatology Society, a vibrant student-led community within the medical school, dedicated to unraveling the complexities and wonders of rheumatology. Our society is a hub for both aspiring medical professionals keen on exploring this dynamic specialty.

At the heart of our activities are our organized teaching sessions. These sessions are crafted to not only deepen your understanding of rheumatology-related examinations but also to enrich your knowledge of the subject matter covered in these exams. Whether you're grappling with intricate case studies or navigating through the extensive syllabus, our sessions provide a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance your learning experience.

In our quest to bridge the gap between theory and practice, we will regularly invite esteemed rheumatologists and specialist doctors to share their insights and experiences. These talks are not just about learning from the best in the field; they are an opportunity to engage with the stories, challenges, and triumphs that define a career in rheumatology. Through these interactions, we hope to ignite a passion for this specialty and encourage students to consider it as a potential career path.

Education is at the core of what we do. We are committed to simplifying rheumatology, making it accessible and intriguing for everyone. Whether you're a medical student pondering over specialties or simply someone fascinated by the intricacies of autoimmune conditions and their management, our society is the perfect place to begin your journey.

Join us in our mission to explore, learn, and innovate in the realm of rheumatology. Together, we can pave the way for a future where every medical professional is equipped with the knowledge and passion to make a difference in the lives of patients with rheumatic diseases.
