Saturday (07/06/2025) saw UCLAN being represented along with 12 other Paramedic societies from accross the uk in climbing snowdon carrying a CPR Manekin (Mark, Manny, David) he had a fair few name changes accross the miles walked up snowdon from the different groups that carried him (No he didnt get put on the train. although this was quite tempting at the half way point, Although Angila Ruskin we did hear about your nice relaxing train ride up the mountain, we wont tell anyone....)

Why did we do this?

This signified the first major charity collaberation between a large group of universiteies accross the UK. all coming together to help the work that TASC are persuing. TASC is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of our lifesaving ambulance community. At The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC), they provide a range of services to support the mental health, physical rehabilitation, and financial wellbeing of the UK's ambulance staff, paramedic students, and ambulance service volunteers.

so a great cause ey?
