Today, as part of Student Volunteering Week, we want to celebrate some of the achievements of our elected reps- who volunteer with us every day, using their skills to benefit the Students’ Union, and the lives of all UCLan Students!

Nikkita our Disabled Students Rep has done a fantastic job of representing Students this year. Nikkita has worked hard to produce the ‘This Is Me’ campaign, and has joined forces with our VP Welfare and VP Education to ensure that all services are accessible and Disabled students are supported. Odette has also lobbied the University to employ a BAME Councillor within the Wellbeing Team. Odette created some amazing content for Black History Month and collaborated with our VP Education on her ‘Decolonising the curriculum’  campaign.
