We knew the old website was well overdue an upgrade to improve accessibility, navigation and aesthetics, for all staff and students. We wanted our new site to be easy for you to find the information you need and the things you are interested in, and provide students with a positive online experience with the Students’ Union.

Throughout the development process, we ensured that students of all backgrounds and experiences were involved. We hosted focus groups with students and listened to their honest opinions on the old website, both good and bad!
It was interesting to see the website from their point of view and include their feedback within our new website design.

The new website has great accessibility, a simple navigation system, loads of useful information and we think it looks great!
