This is the first trip we will be hosting to Alston Observatory for the Physics Society this year. This is a very space-limited trip as we can only take 20 people at a time. This means a ticket will have to be purchased to guarantee your space, please bear in mind that these trips fill up VERY quickly, so don’t miss out! Travel to and from the observatory is included in the price of the ticket as is pizza during the evening. Pick-up will be at 7.30 pm and we will return you at 10.30 pm. Talks on the evening will be given by our own Ph.D. students and (weather permitting) we will have use of the MHT and the other smaller telescopes.
