Nomadic Books Van: 10am - 4pm; St Peter's Square (Behind the Students' Union building); Nomadic Books is a new independent mobile bookshop and the only operating bookshop van in the UK! Come down and check out their books, cards, artwork, jewellery and more!

Alpacalypse: 11am - 2pm; Union Square, Preston Campus; The alpacas are back on campus for students to feed, pet and take pictures with. Come and meet our alpaca friends.

Circus Skills Workshop: 2pm - 3pm; Student Support Lounge, Lower Ground Floor, Preston Campus Student Centre; Come along and learn key clown and circus skills, such as balloon modelling, juggling, and plate spinning.

The Great Study Escape: noon - 3pm; Student Achievement Services area, Upper Ground Floor, Preston Campus Student Centre; Take a study break and enjoy our relaxing activities.

Sip and Paint Evening: 7pm - 9pm; Lampworks; Unleash your inner artist at our Sip & Paint Evening – with a twist!

Tue 29th April

FREE 5 min de-stress massage: 11am - 3pm; Students' Union Cafe; Feeling the exam pressure? Pop into the SU Cafe and de-stress with a FREE 5 min head, shoulder or hand massage, courtesy of Mandala Preston!

Mindfulness Memory Jars: 11am - 1pm; Students' Union Cafe, Preston Campus; A recent study found that looking back in time and remembering old memories can help improve feelings of self-worth, help contribute to a brighter outlook for the future, and increase your sense of wellbeing.

Adders, Ladders & Advice: noon - 2pm; Students' Union Cafe, Preston; The SU Advice Service will be on hand to chat in the SU café about key issues.

Crafternoon Clay Modelling: noon - 2pm; Student Centre Drop-In, Upper Ground Floor, Preston Campus Student Centre; Take a break from your studies and unleash your creativity at Crafternoon!

Caffeination Station: 1pm - 4pm; Library Entrance, Preston Campus; Start your afternoon with a boost!

Cook and Eat: 2pm - 3pm; Students' Union Cafe, Preston Campus; Take a break from your exam prep and join fellow students for a delightful cooking session where we'll learn to make a delicious, budget-friendly dish together.

Wed 30th April

Giant Games: 10am - 4pm; Student Support Lounge, Lower Ground Floor, Preston Campus Student Centre; Giant chess, Connect 4, noughts and crosses for all to enjoy.

Inner Child Day: 11am - 2pm; Students' Union Cafe, Preston Campus; Get in touch with your younger self. Sensory activities, floor time, crafts and nostalgic childhood snacks.

Meet the Water Rescue Dogs (Study Bark): 11am - 2pm; Students' Union Cafe, Preston Campus; Meet, play with and pet our visiting group of Newfoundland dogs who are trained in water rescue.

Inner Child Disco at Lampworks: 5pm - 9pm; Lampworks; Unleash your joy, dust off your glitter, and dance like nobody’s watching — because your inner child deserves a night out.

Hip-Hop Ping Pong: 7pm - 9pm; UCLan SU Cafe (Atrium); Obviously, it is Table Table with a Rap Playlist.....of course!

Thu 1st May

Vintage Folk Thrift Sale: 9am - 4pm; Students' Union Cafe; Vintage Folk Thrift sale returns to UCLan Students' Union, with amazing vintage at bargain prices!

Herb Planting: 11am - 1pm; Union Square, Preston Campus; Come along and Plant Some Herbs with our Environment and Ethics Rep Josh. This is an opportunity to plant windowsill herbs that can be loved and nurtured in your own home. Once they've grown - use them in your cooking!

Move and Relax: 1pm - 1:45pm; Multi-Faith Room, Oasis Centre, Preston Campus; Take a break from your studies to ‘turn the volume down’, with gentle movement and relaxation in a lovely space. Seated and optional standing. No experience necessary.
