Pop along to an easily adaptable, do it at your desk, do it in your living room, do it in the garden enjoyable yoga session with Sally!

Yoga is a great way to focus, uplift and energise, perfect to take part in during the stressful time of exams and studying. Why not take a little time out for yourself to enjoy these easy to do yoga flows.

You will need a chair, some comfy loose clothes and a mind (not body) that’s willing to be flexible …see you there ??
