Hello everyone! My name is Ebiuwa, and I’m a fourth-year medical student. As someone deeply committed to family medicine, I am running for Vice Chair of the GP Society. I believe in collaboration and innovation to address the challenges of primary care. If elected, I will:

1. Orchestrate interactive educational sessions on the pillars of General Practice, including mental health, primary care dermatology, women’s health, etc.
2. Liaise with practicing GPs for insight regarding the journey to General Practice and the day-to-day implications, to help foster a better understanding of General Practice among medical students.
3. Champion inclusivity, promote preventative care, and advocate for healthcare equity.

One of my aims for the future of this society is to cultivate a culture of appreciation for General Practice and acknowledgment of the value of pursuing General Practice among medical students.

Join me in building an environment where students truly believe in General Practice and patients receive compassionate, comprehensive care by voting for me as your Vice Chair!
