Hi everyone,
Most of you know me well, but I have been a member of UCLan AC since I started my undergraduate in autumn 2017, now the longest continous member. I've helped organise and run the club since my first year as an experienced member. I have been an equipment manager and Chair for two years, respectively and offered advise to subsequent committees since. More generally my archery achievements involve several LAA county records and being on the LAA and GB barebow squads for target archery.
If elected Chair for the comming year I aim to work with the rest of the committee to develop a friendly and inviting club atmosphere. Additionally, I want to increase the number of opportunities to compete in external competitions for our members (potentially including some field experiences). I'm a huge beleiver in giving every member a voice and want to listen to all members' ideas to make the club as inclusive a space as possible.
This, I aim to do in addition to the day-to-day duties of chair.

I am also an associate member of another club. While I don’t think this changes anything I think it is important for everyone to know.
