I'm Elysha Vericio, a 2nd-year Pharmacy student at UCLan, proudly representing our vibrant Filipino culture. I'm passionate about showcasing why "It's more fun in the Philippines." From our love for karaoke to our delicious cuisine, our hardworking nature, and the value of community, there's much to celebrate.
As your FilSoc Secretary, I pledge to:
1. Welcome in more members, cultivating a diverse and harmonious community.
2. Support our committee in organising events, ensure transparent documentation of meetings and efficient communication.
3. Listen to and collaborate with members to address ideas for enhancing FilSoc or any queries or concerns you may have.
4. Above all, foster friendships where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
