Hello there everybody I hope you've had an awesome year of volleyball at Uclan, and are looking to it growing and building the freinds and skills you've all learned. My person manifesto for vicechair is to devote a lot of my personal time to this role and to be open to any ideas or suggestions anyone has.
my main ideas so far are more club merch(trackies/hats and such)
more beach volleyball possibly a club
attempting more training time as well as more friendly games and tournaments both squad and social.
growing the social side of the club for all levels both returners and freshers
help my chair and any club or committee member in anyway
Have a strong focus on mental health whether that being systems in place to talk to people or myself.
