I wish to be considered by you all for chairman of Uclan FC, I am motivated and passionate about working with everyone to develop the club. My aim is to create a balanced environment that fosters successful and enjoyment not only next year but for the years after us. Here are some reasons I believe I am well suited for this role:
This year I was fortunate enough to be 2nds Captain, this was awarded to me as a result of working hard and showing dedication in the pre-season demonstrating my commitment to my teammates and the club. I have demonstrated my reliability by always attending training and never being late for matchdays. I believe that leading by example sets a tone where others follow suit.
I aim to create an atmosphere that promotes accoutability for our actions on and off the pitch. This can be achieved by having expectations we create together as a team. For me personally the most important part about football is putting in 100% effort no matter what the event; training, a friendly or Varsity.
Overall, I will be committed to ensuring Uclan FC continues to grow as a club on and off the pitch. Working with you all to create an environment that is social and fun but strives for success.
