I wish to be elected as vice chair in order to provide further support to the current committee, to make things easier and help with distribution of tasks. Although I have past experience of leading a club from my sixth form years (medical society), I want to broaden my experience with archery as well. While running a medical society, I had to organise each meet and delegate roles to the members, as I made sure all members could have an equal role/contribution to the club. I aim to continue with this if I am elected as vice chair, as the committee does already. Putting into consideration my current experience, along with my ability to take initiative and follow instructions when necessary, I believe I would be well suited to this role.
