Hi! I'm Liv and I'm in my second year of studying Forensic Psychology and I would be so grateful to be considered for the role of treasurer on the 2024/25 cheerleading committee. In my first year, I was part of pom and this year I am lucky enough to be on the game-day team. Tigers has allowed me to make friends, gain new skills, develop my confidence and even gain a national title along the way. One of the reasons I chose UCLan was because I saw that they had an amazing cheerleading team and as I have been cheerleading since I was 7 years old, I knew it was something I wanted to continue as I started university. The tiger’s family has allowed me to continue competing in this incredible sport.
I am a highly organised person who makes to-do lists for just about anything which is a useful skill when managing money and keeping track of payments. I am also good at time keeping which is relevant with payment deadlines. Finally, I have also been described as an empathetic person which is important when discussing the topic of money and financial situations. I have worked with money before at bars counting cash and keeping track of stock. I believe that I can contribute to this club by being appointed as treasurer and I hope you will agree.
