I’m nominating myself for the post of welfare officer, the same post you’ve voted me into last December. I went and got qualifications for it, two different training and enhanced DBS check. Currently, I’m the only person in the club who can do this position without having to do any training, making me the easiest candidate to “crown” with the title and responsibility.
Why I think you should vote for me, if you were to be inclined to do so? So far, I was actively representing your welfare concerns and reports at the appropriate groups and institutions, being your voice in uncomfortable confrontational situation. I still have a way for you to submit any concerns that I look after like a hawk. So far, every concern reported to me has been solved to whatever extent it was possible and desired by the person reporting it. Overall, I’ve been doing quite alright in this post, so if you don’t have an issue with me, you don’t have an issue voting me in for next year.
So, to sum it up, I already have a rap record of not being useless at welfare officering and I have the paperwork for it (which is a pain to get). So feel free to vote for me ??
