Hey, I’m Reagan, I am in my 3rd year at university, going onto study a master’s.
I am a second-year tiger and have been on both the Game Day and Competition Team. I would be a great Vice Chair as I have excellent communication skills which is necessary for this role, I believe it is important for Tiger’s to have a point person for concerns and being a good listener is what would make me exceed. Being part of the competition team is a big commitment and can be stressful at times, having somebody who you can express your issues with is very important to me.
However, being a Tiger is extremely rewarding, I intend to be there for all members at training and competitions to keep morale high and motivate, to ensure everybody is having the best time.
I am organised so I believe I can shine within this role while organising events and managing the orders of stash.
I have great leadership skills which I use at work as a manager to keep things running smoothly while having fun, I want all my team members to be confident and enjoy their time on the team. I understand how to manage a team and can handle issues with maturity and ensure the best possible outcome to benefit everyone.
Being on Tigers has given me a family with unbreakable relationships I will keep forever, we came to slay!! And I will keep it that way.
