If you are struggling with your mood and need help now, there are services that can help.
The University's Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing team are available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, and can be contacted by phone on 01772 893020 or by emailing email@example.com.
If you need to talk to someone outside of these times, the University Security Staff are available 24 hours a day. They can be contacted on 01772 892068 (non emergency queries) or 01772 896333 (emergency queries / situations). Deaf users please text 07891 679 537.
If you are experiencing problems with practical issues, such as financial queries, issues with accommodation or course problems, you can discuss the issue with a member of staff at the <i>. You can drop in to speak to them at the Library Drop-in Zone, get in touch via phone on 01772 895000 or e-mail TheI@uclan.ac.uk.

Contact your GP who has 24-hour responsibility for your health care. If you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency, you can contact the NHS helpline 24 hours a day on 111.
Lancashire Care Wellbeing and Mental Health Helpline is a listening and information service provided by the NHS and operated by specialist trained volunteers. They are open Monday to Friday 7pm - 11pm, and Sat and Sunday 12 midday to 12 midnight. Tel: 0800 915 4640.
HopelineUK provides non-judgemental support, practical advice and information for young people. They are available Monday to Friday 10am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm-10pm, and can be contacted by telephone on 0800 068 4141 or text 07786209697.
