On Friday 25th February nominations to be an Students' Union Elected Officer (including my role as President) close! If you’ve still not decided to put your nomination in, JUST GO FOR IT! You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

It was the best decision I ever made and I’ve met some great people, learned more about myself and developed skills for life. I’ve been in places and spaces I never thought I’d be in.

What I love most is that no two days are the same. One day I can be presenting at a conference in front of 100s of people and the next providing critical challenge as a student governor on the University Board.

So if you enjoy variety, learning and want to step out of your comfort zone this role is for you!
