As we honour the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence, we are going to have a vigil.
The event will take place on our University Square, between 12.30-1.30pm.
Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance that honours the memory of transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence and related suicides.
Refreshments will be provided in the Students’ Union Café from 1pm and the trans flag will also be raised at half mast, in remembrance of those who have lost their lives.
