Student life can be stressful at times – perhaps you’re struggling to cope with exams and coursework, or lack of money and trying to have a social life. The most important thing is to sort things out before they become unmanageable and start to get you down, but it can be difficult to know who to speak to and what to do. 

Need to Keep Calm and Stress Less? Is the end of semester getting your stress levels raised? Why not give yourself some time out to get practical tips to help you feel less stressed at the free sessions in April and May being run by SLO’s and Flying Start. You can book or just turn up.

Headroom gives you practical advice on where to go in the Students' Union and UCLan services and other organisations. If you can't find what you're looking for? Let us know and we'll do what we can to help.
