Funding
Student Finance can be a real pain to sort out and can often be frustrating. There are a whole list of things that could go wrong but, don’t worry, the Advice Centre is here to help. Simply come along to one of our drop-ins Monday – Friday 11 – 3pm.
If you do wish to get help with Student Finance, make sure you bring all your paperwork with you as we will need your Customer Reference Number (formerly known as ART ID). We won’t be able to fill out forms for you but we can certainly answer any questions you may have.
Remember, your online account is a great way of finding out what is going on. Make sure you check your correspondence regularly as many of your questions may have already been answered. The next instalment is due on either 28th April or 2nd May. If you experience any delays then get in touch.
What we do ask, however, is that you give them a call yourself before coming to us. If you need to use a phone then go along to the i in the Foster Building and you can call from there. You might just get everything you need there!
