The Bridge Student Employment Service offers a major resource for businesses, charities and voluntary organisations of all kinds. With access to around 12,000 students, we can help you fill any temporary, part time or vacation role quickly, suitably and cost effectively.
We offer a fully tailored recruitment programme for you, depending on your staff requirements.
We can advertise part-time or full-time positions on our advertising boards and on our website. Students then can search and view your vacancy and contact you directly, using your specified application method, if they are interested in the position.
If your vacancy is temporary, or contracted for a specific length of time, it can be an administrative nightmare to source staff, shortlist, interview and set up contracts and payroll – so we can do this for you.
If you need to reach a large amount of students in a short space of time, or need to target students of specific courses or with certain skills, our E-Shots are the best option, emailing students who register with us direct.
For larger employment projects, our Jobs Fairs are a great way of meeting students with a wide variety of skills en masse.
If you aren’t able to attend our main fairs, or would like more exclusivity when recruiting we hold individual recruitment events for companies.
