• The Union will only collect data from you with your consent

• We will always make it clear how we plan to use your data when we collect it

• We will never pass your data to a third party without your explicit consent

• We will respond promptly to lawful requests to access information held about you

• We will use your data to contact you for marketing purposes only when you have opted in to receive materials

• If you no longer wish to receive marketing information from the Union we will always give you the chance to unsubscribe from any mailings we send you

• All data collected will be held securely

• If we no longer need your data we will dispose of it securely
