If you use your car to drive your group members anywhere (even if it's just occasionally), or if someone else in your group does so (pass this email onto them if they do), please complete the 1st sheet and return it to us by FRIDAY 30TH NOVEMBER along with your paper and card license, a copy of your insurance certificate and a copy of your MOT.
 
The 2nd sheet needs to be completed and sent to YOUR insurance company who will complete the slip at the bottom of the 2nd sheet and return it to you.
 
When you get the slip back from your insurer you need to return it to the Student Involvement and Development Centre to keep on file.
