Dance club confirm year's events

Freestyle, ballet and street dancing on the line-up

The Union dance club have confirmed their weekly events for the year ahead.

Co-chairperson Suzanne Middlehurst said: "It's going to be a fun packed year so make sure you join up at Student Activities Fair and become a member of the dance club."

The dance sessions that will happen on a weekly basis are:

Tuesdays 6 PM -7 PM Hip-hop/Street
Tuesdays 7 PM - 8 PM Pop

Wednesdays 1 PM - 2 PM Disco Freestyle
Wednesdays 2 PM - 3 PM Modern/Jazz

Saturdays 11 AM - 12 NOON Conditioning and Limbering
Saturdays 12 NOON - 1 PM Ballet

The venue for all classes is Foster Gym Activities Room.

The dance club is just one of the many sports clubs and societies at the Union. Students can get involved in as many as they like and the Student Activities Fair on Wednesday 23rd September 2009 at 53 Degrees is the best place to find out more and register.
