Candidates announced for Council by-election

Students standing for election

Four students have put themselves forward for the Students' Council by-election in November 2009.

Three positions will be contested. Imran Khan and Leba Sehlab will go head-to-head for the position of Black and Ethnic Minorities (BME)representative.

Lee Bradshaw is uncontested for the position of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) representative and Joanne Hume is uncontested for the position of Women's representative.

Voting is open from Monday 9th November 2009 to Wednesday 11th November 2009. Voting takes place online.
