Union President, Beth Woodthorpe-Evans, in the welcome to the report states how 2009 has been for the Union.
She said: "Each year we actively try to adapt ourselves to the changing face of our membership, whilst continuing to grow and develop as a quality Students' Union, there to represent and support students.
"This past year has shown our dedication to our simply but effective mission [making life better for students], with growth in all areas of our services and support we offer. From a highly successful Feedback campaign where we actively represented the academic concerns of our membership, to gaining Gold in the Sound Impact award, showing not only our commitment to being a green union, but our commitment to helping the environment and wider community."
Printed copies of the Annual Report will be available at the Union's Annual General Meeting from 3 PM in Harrington Lecture Theatre on Thursday 12th November 2009.
